The hotel rooms were luxurious, spotlessly clean, and spacious with stunning views. However, there was a continuous humming noise coming from the ceiling all night. The service was accommodating and friendly, always addressing our needs promptly. The location was beautiful and serene, making it a perfect stay. The dining had many choices but with fewer items compared to other hotels. The facilities were satisfactory.

The service, while typically pleasant and eager to help, took a hit when multiple changes to a downgraded room occurred at check-in. The dining options were varied, with some nice restaurants available, although the experience at Della's and Raffles was pricey and disappointing.
